FERPA. iLearn, Inc. is compliant with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records.

Specifically, iLearn, Inc., agrees to comply with the provisions of CFR §99.33. In our normal course of business, the only personally identifiable information provided to iLearn by a school is the first and last name of a student. Schools also have the option to provide no names of students but to register them with a unique identification number generated by the School, School District, or State.

Any information provided to iLearn by a school may be used by the officers, employees, and agents of iLearn, Inc., only for the purposes for which the disclosure was made.
